  • Before the material admitted to our factory, the warehouse staff must fill in the “MATERIAL INSPECTION REPORT”and deliver to IQC for testing the sample according to the “Sample Test Regulation”. As the “Material Test Standard”, the sample chosen must be tested and inspected, the decision whether approved or not will be made refering to the “Admission Standard of Sample Test”. we will make matching label once approved and get the material ready in the warehouse to be used.
  • When the first unit made out, the Confirmatioin Receipt will be opened and notice IPQC to confirm the first unit, and then decide to start mass production. Concerned person in Production Dpt. will do self-testing to the finished products as to the Operating Instructioins , after that the finished products will be packaged and placed in given area, where waited to be inspected.
  • During the mass production, IPQC will have an inspection tour to productioin every one hour as per the “QC Inspection Instructions”. QA will inspect the chosen finished products according to “Sample Test Regulation” and refering to “Standard Book for Testing Finished Products” and “Admission Standard of Sample Test”, the finished products will be approved admitting the finished products warehouse.
  • When it comes to shipment, PMC will open the Shipping List and notice OQC to perform a inspection to the products listed in the Shipping List according to the “Sample Test Regulation” and “Standard Book for Testing Finished Products”, the shipment will be effected with approval official seal when approved.
