  • Winfully Plastic Mold CO., Ltd concentrate on making precision die, injection molding and painting. Rely on more than ten designing engineers with abundant experience, which keeps us on a forward position in mold designing field. We implement ISO9001system strictly on every process of production on the basis of advanced high presicion machines and a number of high-qualified staffs with the spirit of challenging, exploring and team-work.
  • Process of manufacturing
  • To satisfy customer`s demand, we expect no mistakes on quality with serious attitude to try for best. We have in excess of 40 sets of precision die made out monthly in our Tooling Department, which in compliance with the following flow: Tooling Dpt. will estimate this project after Marketing Dpt. approached customers for a transaction, the Marketing Dpt. communicate furtherly with customers according to the estimated result to confirm the delivery time and production program. PMC will order to start production in accordance with the delivery time and customer`s demand. At the same time, the Purchasing Dpt. will purchase relevant source material after the PMC`s order.
  • Mold trial and review

  • Every process while making mold must be QC inspected strictly before going to next process. The professionals are responsible for mold trial and reviewing after the completion of the mold making, and then the qualified samples will be forwarded to customers to confirm.
